As a musician, Josh has toured and recorded with major pop artists all around the world.

Marlen heads up Music Ally's Marketing & Audience department, supporting management and label clients in all things digital marketing. She helps clients implement impactful social and streaming campaigns while exploring emerging technologies and tools. She's also part of Music Ally's Training team, where she develops and delivers digital marketing training to a wide range of industry clients such as members of the MMF and BPI. Before joining Music Ally, Marlen worked within Universal Music's brand partnerships team in Germany and Switzerland and completed an MA in Music Business Management at the University of Westminster.

Anne Löhr
MITC, Co-Founder, MiM

Dipl.-Psych. Anne is a therapist, speaker and trainer specialised in the music industry. She is Co-Founder of the MiM-association in Germany and active member of the international collective of Music Industry Therapists MITC. Based in Berlin she provides national and international mental health care for artists and bands as well as music industry professionals and teams. Her work focuses on stress and pressure, (performance-) anxiety, burnout, tour and live-business health, conflict- and crisismanagement, band mediation and personal development.

Anne has been invited to talk and hold workshops for universities, festivals, labels, booking agencies and other organizations such as  Folkwang University, RBF, ESNS, Roskilde Festival, VUT, irrsinn and Landstreicher Booking. She is also involved in numerous femal and FLINTA focused programs in the industry such as MEWEM, Save the Dance and Keychange.

Patrick Ross
COO, Music Ally

Originally from Atlanta, GA, Patrick went to Belmont University in Nashville, TN to learn the music business. In 2007 he escaped to the UK, for various reasons he can’t go into, and has been working in the UK music industry ever since. He started out working with indie labels and artists, doing what he called "web presence management”, making dope MySpace pages and being just about the only person with access to Facebook Ads in the UK. (As they only let Americans book them back then.) He served as Head of Digital Marketing for digital distributor AWAL, and eventually VP, Digital Marketing for Kobalt’s Music Recordings and Label Services division. 2018 saw him join Music Ally, where he is now COO, and oversees company operations including digital marketing campaigns and business strategy, as well as training the global music industry. He also lectures at The University of Westminster, Falmouth University and Berklee College of Music. And when he’s not doing that, he manages recording artist Ruben Dawnson.

Jason Rothery

Jason has over 15 years experience at major music companies, working across a number of commercial disciplines. Starting out in Digital Account Management at EMI Music in 2005 he has had a variety of roles in his career, the last 10 years have been focussed on D2C at Bravado, UMG and now, WMG. At Warner Music he leads an end to end D2C team which delivers both chart and commercial successes across multiple markets. Jason is part of the wider strategic vision for WMX D2C & Fan Engagement including CRM, Insight, Assortment and D2C rollout strategies around the world. He is passionate about connecting the fan to the artist via direct commerce, delivering innovative campaigns that resonate with the core fanbase and beyond.

Rachael Scarsbrook
General Manager of E-Commerce, BSI Merch

Rachel manages, organises and delivers campaigns for artists such as Harry Styles, Coldplay, Louis Tomlinson, Blink 182, Madonna and more. 

She began her career in freelance music journalism, reviewing records from her college library before gaining a degree in journalism. She has been at BSI Merch since early 2021, starting as a junior in the Marketing department and running ads across Meta.

Sarah is the Learning Operations Manager at Music Ally. She develops Music Ally's learning hub courses on marketing, technology and business for the music industry in addition to delivering live/bespoke training to a wide range of clients like Chrysalis Records, Sony Music Australia and Berklee College of Music. Prior to her role at Music Ally, Sarah built up experience as a musician, songwriter, producer and digital marketer operating in Trinidad & Tobago and Canada leading her to a smooth transition into training and mentoring in her current role.
